To assist in all aspects of Estera Management (Mauritius) Limited in day to day operations
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Filing / File management (including file opening and closing)
Scanning of outgoing correspondence and saving same in relevant file.
General miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Scheduling files for archiving and retrieval of files from Filing room.
Collecting the courier and distributing to relevant staff.
Replacing at the reception when required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with external and internal clients at all levels.
Able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.

Confident manner and being polite and approachable at all times.
Should demonstrating professionalism in all dealings.
Excellent attention to detail.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Excel.
Ability to effectively prioritise, be organised and willingness to get the jobs done.
